What do you do when COVID-19 is bringing you down and you need to spice up your summer while you’re waiting on all your postponed wedding to happen AND for normalcy to return? You put on your creative cap and pull together a styled shoot with your vendor friends!
My dear friend Rebecca Tripp Photo and I go allll the way back to middle school! We cheered in High School together and even went to the same college. We’ve always kept in touch so when we started catching up this summer we dreamed up a styled shoot series!
Since summer is officially over with the first day of fall rolling in hot this week, I wanted to share this one first to try to hang on to summer as long as we can! So without further adieu, I’m so excited to share “Summer in Capri” with you!
I loved everything about this colorful tablescape, from the mix of patterned blue linens from Nuage Designs and the colorful florals from Pigmint to the place setting details and can we talk about this amazing cake that perfectly fit the theme? Jennifer at Shelby Lynn’s always goes above and beyond and we LOVE her for it.
A fun detail here that I used my Italian grandmother’s blue china for this shoot – fitting since we chose a “Summer in Italy” theme!
